The next step is to upload project data into the Partner Portal. Follow NABat guidance to properly upload the project metadata csv. Once completed, upload audio files to the project via the “Upload Audio Recordings” button on your main project page.

NOTE: Audio files uploaded must match the audio file names listed within the metadata csv. To determine if audio files uploaded are accepted into the NABat database, select the Acoustic Data tab and examine the Matched/Missing Acoustic Files columns. If there are any missing acoustic files, complete the following steps:

  1. Select the survey event(s) that contain missing acoustic files.

  2. Select the Echolocation Measurements dropdown and scroll down to the audio recordings table.

  3. Check the box next to the text “Unmatched Only”. This will show you audio files that are missing. If you manually vetted files as Noise that were auto-identified as bats, unless the auto-ID was EUMFLO, these files should be missing because they should have been excluded. If these are your only missing files, move on. If there are other missing files, you can correct these and upload the individual files.

Once all metadata and audio files are properly uploaded to the project, upload weather metadata that was completed in Processing Individual Survey Events Section to the Project Files tab of the project.
