Make sure all manual vetting of all deployments is complete before moving onto this section.

Continue following the steps in the Processing stationary acoustic data in Kaleidoscope Pro guidance. Listed below is additional guidance and information for following the directions while submitting FBB regulatory data to USFWS.
1. Once files are processed and manually vetted, use the second NABat metadata form to create the project-level metadata CSV. The “Processed” folder should be your input directory, as it contains all your processed files. Make sure your output directory is not the same. One suggestion is to simply move up one directory from the “Processed” folder to the project folder.

2. Once the metadata file is created, navigate to the "meta.csv" file and assign it a unique name. Each meta.csv file must be given a unique name as files that are the same name and survey type overwrite one another in the NABat Partner Portal.

3. Any audio files auto identified as CORTOW need to be corrected to CORRAF. To do so, open the metadata CSV via excel and use the "Find and Replace" function (Ctrl + H). Enter "CORTOW" for "Find what" and "CORRAF" for "Replace with". The metadata CSV is now ready for upload.
