Bridge Roost Discovery Application

This application was developed to bring accessibility and interpretability to BART predictions as a supplement to Oram et al. 2025 (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.gecco.2025.e03551).

The user interface includes an “interactive map” tab where users can explore training data (from the surveys in this study) as well as all bridge data (from model predictions), a “data explorer” tab where users can download data, covariates, and model outputs, as well as a “user guide” tab that explains how to use the application.
